How to use the  Titanium alloy wire?

1) strengthen the cleaning of workpieces and welding materials before welding (especially the surface at the groove end face of butt joint), and reduce the sources of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen.


2) high purity protection argon (AR ≥ 99.99%) is used.


3) during welding, the welding gun shall be equipped with a drag cover, and the front and back of the weld bead in the area where the temperature exceeds 400 ℃ shall be protected strictly to prevent the invasion of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen


4) select the appropriate welding line energy, not only to prevent the joint from overheating due to the large line energy, but also to avoid too small heat input, more brittle phases during phase transformation, and to protect the molten pool for enough time, which is conducive to the escape of hydrogen.


5) proper clamps and pressing plates shall be used, and reasonable welding sequence shall be selected at the same time to prevent and reduce deformation.


6) pay attention to prevent iron ion pollution and contact with iron ion during processing.
