Equipment Inspection
Drying Equipment: An industrial electrode drying oven with temperature control (a program-controlled type is recommended, with a temperature control accuracy of ±10℃) must be used. Check whether the thermocouple, heating element, and timer of the equipment work normally, and calibrate the temperature display (error ≤ 5℃).
Thermal Insulation Equipment: Prepare a dedicated electrode holding oven (capacity selected based on workload, usually 5-10kg). Check the airtightness of the holding oven (no obvious gaps after closing), heating function (ensure it can maintain 80-120℃), and power connection safety.
Auxiliary Tools: Prepare a thermometer (measurement range 0-500℃), timer, high-temperature-resistant gloves, electrode basket (metal material with air vents), and hygrometer (to monitor the humidity of the working environment).
