Co2 Gas-shield Welding Wire

ER70S-6

ER70S-6 is a carbon steel gas shielded welding wire. When welding, the welding wire has fast melting speed, stable arc, small welding spatter, beautiful weld bead formation, strong anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance, low sensitivity of deposited metal pores, good all-position welding process, and CO2 or Ar+CO2 for shielding gas.

ER70S-3

ER70S-3 is a carbon steel gas shielded welding wire. When using argon-rich gas shielded welding, it has excellent welding process performance and excellent crack resistance, especially suitable for small-current high-speed welding of thin plates.

ER70S-4

ER70S-4 is a carbon steel gas shielded welding wire. It has excellent welding process performance when Ar+Co2 mixed gas is used as protective gas welding. The arc is stable during welding and the splash is small, which can be used for high-speed welding of thin plates. In the small current range, the arc is still very stable and can be used for vertical down welding. With mixed gas shielded welding, the strength of the deposited metal is slightly improved. Used for welding of structural steel of corresponding strength grade, it can be used for high speed welding of thin plates and tubes.

ER70S-7

ER70S-7 is a carbon steel gas shielded welding wire. Due to the proper blending of the chemical composition of the welding wire, the anti-porosity performance is excellent, and the amount of spatter is small, which is suitable for welding of galvanized steel sheets.
