Electrode Inspection
Packaging Check: Ensure unopened electrode packages are intact. For electrodes stored beyond 6 months from the production date, enhance drying parameters as a precaution.
Coating Condition: After unpacking, inspect coatings for dryness, hardness, and absence of cracks. Reject electrodes with damp/sticky coatings, white efflorescence, or visible cracks, as these indicate moisture absorption.
Loading Preparation: Sort electrodes by diameter to match basket size, ensuring 5–10mm gaps between electrodes for uniform heat distribution during drying.
