Air Exposure Limits Ambient Humidity ≤60% : Maximum exposure time = 4 hours. Ambient Humidity ＞60% : Maximum exposure time = 2 hours (reduce to 1 hour in tropical/rainy conditions). Mark electrodes exceeding these limits for secondary drying; never use them directly in critical welds.
