Holding Oven Operation
Preheat the holding oven to 80–120℃ before loading dried electrodes. Maintain this temperature continuously during use.
After loading, seal the oven tightly and monitor internal temperature hourly, recording readings in a log.
Retrieve only the quantity of electrodes needed for 30 minutes of welding to minimize air exposure. Close the oven immediately after each retrieval.
