What is the requirement for arc welding machine with welding electrode?
The requirements for the arc welding machine are:
(1) the arcing voltage (no load voltage) is not only beneficial to arc ignition, but also to ensure the safety of welders. The DC welding machine is 55-90V and the AC welding machine is 60-80V.
(2) the external characteristic curve with steep drop. The sharp drop of the curve indicates that the welding current changes little when the arc length changes. When short circuit, the limiting short-circuit current will not exceed 1.5 times of the welding current.
(3) when the voltage is short, the arc voltage is equal to zero, and the time to resume the working voltage (25-40V) should not exceed 0.05s.
(4) having enough power and a certain range of current regulation to meet the needs of different working conditions.
(5) the structure of the welding machine is light and easy to repair.
